When you contact us, or sign up to our newsletter, we ask you to provide your name and email address. On our “Book a 30 minute consultation call” form we also ask you to briefly describe the nature of your query, so that we can assist you more efficiently. We collect and store this data, along with records of any subsequent communications with us for our records.


When and how is the data being collected?

We collect information when you send us an email enquiry, phone us, write to us, complete a website contact form or engage in our grant writing or fundraising services.


Use of Cookies

The website, www.trustgrantwriting.ie, like many others, uses performance cookies to store and retrieve information on your browser. Performance cookies collect information regarding details of your visits to our website and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data. In order for us to provide you with the services we offer we need to collect personal data for correspondence purposes.

If you make an enquiry, we’ll store your data for seven years from the point you first got in touch.
